Soya-vanilla-peanuts pudding

- Ingredients (4 people)
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups soymilk
- 3 tablespoons peanuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Directions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan.
Combine milk and egg in a bowl.
Add milk mixture to the first mixture: stir constantly.to prevent lumps
Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly, while stirring constantly.
Cook for a couple of more minutes after bubbling starts, stirring constantly.
Cool to room temperature.
Shred peanuts finely.
After five minutes, put peanuts over the pudding surface
